A woman was arrested in Moscow-Russia, walking with her head decapitated by a girl in her hand and shouting “I am a terrorist”, a shocking event that has shocked the inhabitants of the capital.
According to the Russian investigation committee, the detainee was from Uzbekistan and was the nanny of a family from that same neighborhood who, taking advantage of the fact that the parents had left home with the older brother, murdered the four-year-old girl in the morning To which she cared, set the apartment on fire and left the house.
